Known as a “Tribology Magician,” Balraj Kumar combines his knowledge of chemistry, lubrication science, friction, wear, and lubricant performance to understand complex lubrication challenges and develop practical, application-focused additive solutions. His expertise extends across lubricant additives, engine oil additives, gear oil additives, fuel additives, coolant additives, TBN boosters, ZDDP, and specialty chemical formulations.
He holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Rajasthan, with academic specialization and research exposure in organic synthesis, heterocyclic chemistry, natural products chemistry, photochemistry, and chemical research. This strong foundation in organic chemistry supports his work in understanding chemical structures, additive performance, formulation requirements, and product development.
