Product Description:
Barium Petroleum Sulfonate is a high-performance, oil-soluble surfactant and corrosion inhibitor derived from petroleum sulfonic acids neutralized with barium. It exhibits excellent film-forming properties and strong polar attraction to metal surfaces, providing superior protection against rust and corrosion in a wide range of lubricant and coating applications.
This additive functions both as a primary corrosion inhibitor and as an effective emulsifier and dispersant in industrial formulations. It is especially suitable for use in greases, rust preventive oils, metalworking fluids, and undercoating formulations where long-term protection and water resistance are critical.
